Sphinx Fashion Club – Pickup Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Pickup Availability & Processing Time

We offer store pickup as a convenient option for customers at Sphinx Fashion Club in Santa Clarita, CA. Orders will be ready within the following timeframes:

• Same-Day Pickup (same_day) – Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are ready for pickup on the same business day.
• Next-Day Pickup (next_day) – Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be available for pickup the next business day.
• 3-Day Pickup (3-day) – Special orders or out-of-stock items will be available for pickup within 3 business days.

2. Pickup Method & Process

Customers must select "Pick up in store" at checkout and will receive an email/SMS when their order is ready.

• Pickup Method (buy) – Customers must complete payment online before picking up their order.
• Customers must bring a valid ID and order confirmation to pick up their items.
• If someone else is picking up the order, they must be listed in the order notes and bring their ID.

 Pickup Hours:

• Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (Every day)  
  

4. Order Holding Policy

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
• If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it may be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

5. Order Delays & Notifications

• If an order is delayed due to stock availability, customers will be notified via email/SMS.
• In case of unexpected store closures, pickup times may be adjusted, and customers will be informed accordingly.
