Currently, we exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping carrier. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery of your orders to various locations across the United States.

Processing and Shipping Schedule

At Sphinx Smoke & Vape Shop, we process and ship orders during business days only. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from our processing and shipping schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a direct tracking link. This link allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through our website. By clicking on the link, you'll be able to stay informed about the delivery status and anticipated arrival date of your package.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or carrier issues can occasionally cause delays. Shipping Insurance

For orders shipped via USPS, they are automatically covered by the shipping insurance provided by USPS. This offers you an added layer of protection should any unexpected issues arise during transit.

Sphinx Fashion Club – Pickup Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Pickup Availability & Processing Time

We offer store pickup as a convenient option for customers at Sphinx Fashion Club in Santa Clarita, CA. Orders will be ready within the following timeframes:

  • Same-Day Pickup (same_day) – Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are ready for pick up after one Houre  on the same business day.
  • Next-Day Pickup (next_day) – Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be available for pickup the next business day.

2. Pickup Method & Process

Customers must select "Pick up in-store" at checkout and will receive an email/SMS when their order is ready.

  • Pickup Method (buy) – Customers must complete payment online before picking up their order.
  • Customers must bring a valid ID and order confirmation to pick up their items.
  • If someone else picks up the order, they must be listed in the order notes and bring their ID.

  • Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (Every day)  

4. Order Holding Policy

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
  • If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it may be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

5. Order Delays & Notifications

  • If an order is delayed due to stock availability, customers will be notified via email/SMS.
  • In case of unexpected store closures, pickup times may be adjusted, and customers will be informed accordingly.
